I'm a Registered and Licensed Dietitian passionate about helping people improve their health through a personalized, holistic, and evidence-based approach to nutrition.

After working with many clients, I've learned that every person has a unique story, lifestyle, and health history. That's why I don't believe in restrictive "one-size-fits-all" diets. My goal is to help you find sustainable habits and a way of eating that supports your body, your health, and your everyday life.

Education

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin and completed my Dietetic Internship at Utah State University. Recently, I received my certificate of training in adult weight management.
