What if I am not located in the same area?
I understand the importance of convenience and accessibility in nutrition support. For this reason, all nutrition consultations are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive personalized care from the comfort of your home — no matter where you are located.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and UnitedHealthcare (UHC).
Can you provide a superbill?
Yes. Following your session, I can provide a coded receipt (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
How often should we meet?
Appointment frequency is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, depending on the level of support needed.
Do you offer nutrition packages?
Yes, I offer nutrition packages for clients who want to purchase multiple sessions at once at a discounted rate.
