I recognize the importance of convenience and access for nutrition consultation, for this reason, all nutrition consultation are conducted virtually.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am credential with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
How much does it cost?
Price for an appointment if self-pay:
Initial appointment (60 minutes): $100
Follow-up appointments (60 minutes): $90
If you are using insurance, your cost for a video appointment (telehealth) will vary depending on the coverage you have with your insurance provider. Most insurances charge a copayment just like traditional appointments, and it most likely will be the same amount. I can determine your exact coverage and what your copay will be before we schedule an appointment.
Could you provide a superbill?
Yes, I am happy to provide a coded receipt ("superbill"), following sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
How often should we meet?
Based on individual needs, appointments are offered on a weekly, 2-week, and monthly basis.
Do you offer nutritition package?
