How do I schedule an appointment?

What if I am not located in the same area?

I recognize the importance of convenience and access for nutrition consultation, for this reason, all nutrition consultation are conducted virtually.  

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am credential with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). 

Could you provide a superbill?

Yes, I am happy to provide a coded receipt ("superbill"), following sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How often should we meet?

Based on individual needs, appointments are offered on a weekly, 2-week, and monthly basis.

Do you offer nutritition package?

Yes, I offer nutrition packages for people who are interested in paying several consultations at once and receive a discount. If you are interested in knowing more about this contact me by phone or email.
